Order Shipping & Handling Times
As a small business, we do our absolute best to get orders out to you ASAP. We try to ship all orders same day if they are placed before 10 am EST. Any orders placed afterward will ship out the next Business Day. However, you can always reach out to us at expert@bigkizzy.com to let us know if it is a hairmergency and we will do our best to help!
Shipping Options
Shipping Times may vary depending on the shipping location and the services offered by the shipping vendor, so please use the below as a general guideline when choosing shipping options.
USPS Ground- I have flexibility and can wait between 5-10 Business Days days to receive my order (please note, no weekend deliveries).
USPS Priority- I am in a rush and I need my order within 1-3 Business Days (*Orders over $30.00 are eligible for FREE USPS Priority Shipping) (please note, no weekend deliveries).
UPS Next Day Air- I am in a hairmergency and I need my order tomorrow (please note, no weekend deliveries).
NOTE: Shipping Options to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories may be subject to different pricing and options. We also ship internationally via UPS & USPS (please note, customers are responsible for any duties and taxes).
Shipping Issues
Shipping Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing Shipping Insurance with your order to protect against any shipping damage theft, or loss. We will not be able to assist orders that are not insured with shipping insurance if any shipping damage, theft, or loss occurs.
Please note: if shipping insurance is purchased and the shipping carrier shows the package as delivered, BK will refund the product cost but will not be able to refund the cost of shipping. Further, if shipping insurance is purchased and a package is returned to sender, BK will refund the product cost but the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
In no situation is the cost of shipping insurance refunded to the customer.
P.O. Boxes: Please note that USPS only ships to P.O. Boxes and UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
