Refund policy

Returns

  • Big Kizzy offers free returns on unopened and unused goods within 30 days of the original purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately Big Kizzy can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Big Kizzy does not accept returns on open or used products, gift cards, gifts with purchases, or final sale items.

To complete your return, Big Kizzy requires a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to Big Kizzy without pre-approval by Big Kizzy. 

  • To initiate a return, please log into your Big Kizzy Shopify Account with your email or log into your Shop App:

    • On Mobile, navigate to the bottom of the Menu Bar and click the 👤 icon. 

    • On Desktop, navigate to the top right corner and click the 👤 icon. 

  • Once logged in, select your order and choose the product(s) you would like to return. You will receive an email confirming your return request. 

  • Big Kizzy will notify you via email with the result. If approved, Big Kizzy will provide you a prepaid return label via email. Your return box should be labeled using the prepaid label provided. 

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Returns will take up to 2 weeks for Big Kizzy to receive. Once received it may take up to another week to process.

  • Big Kizzy will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days. 

  • If your return is not approved, Big Kizzy will notify you of such and ask what you would like to do with the product. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the goods back to you should your return not be approved. If you do not pay to ship the goods back to you within 7 days of notification, Big Kizzy will dispose of the goods.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at expert@bigkizzy.com.

Limited Warranty and Exchanges (if applicable)

  • Big Kizzy offers a limited warranty on all products for 3 months from date of sale against manufacturing defects and damaged products. Any products that are defective or damaged will be exchanged free of charge. 

  • Please follow the instructions above for initiating a return. Please include in the notes that you are making a claim against the warranty. 

  • Should Big Kizzy determine that the goods are defective or damaged, then Big Kizzy will provide a free exchange. If Big Kizzy determines the Goods are not defective or damaged, then Big Kizzy will notify you of such and ask what you would like to do with the product, as you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the goods back to you. If you do not pay to ship the goods back to you within 7 days of notification, Big Kizzy will dispose of the goods.

Shipping

  • Big Kizzy provides prepaid return labels. Big Kizzy does not permit any returns or exchanges without using the prepaid labels Big Kizzy provides. 

  • When using the prepaid label, you must receive a receipt of return from the shipping company in order for the return to be acceptable. If not, then if the product gets lost in transit and Big Kizzy does not receive the goods, we cannot honor the return/exchange.

  • If you return any goods with pre-approval or without using the prepaid label, Big Kizzy will reject the shipment.

  • Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all customs, duties, or taxes required for any shipments to or from Big Kizzy.
