  1. Spray the tape tabs directly with the remover where they sandwich the hair. 

  1. Let it sit for 30 to 60 seconds to allow the adhesive to loosen. 

  1. Gently pull the top tab away from the bottom tab. 

  1. If there’s some resistance, apply more remover and try again.
